The timeless text on jealousy by William Shakespeare, according to Orson Welles.
Did you know…
This montage masterpiece was produced in Morocco by Orson Welles himself after losing French financial backing and with his Italian producer going into insolvency, among many other setbacks. These are all recounted by the film-maker in the documentary Filming Othello (1978), one of his last works.
