APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. The Courts of Bilbao shall have jurisdiction in the event of any litigation arising in relation to the website or to the activity carried out there, and users expressly waive the protection of any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
1. El objeto de este documento es recoger las condiciones de venta online de entradas para un evento o actividad organizado por Azkuna Zentroa Alhóndiga Bilbao.
2. La venta de entradas la realiza Centro Azkuna de Sociedad y Cultura Contemporánea, S.A. (Azkuna Zentroa-Alhóndiga Bilbao), con domicilio social en Bilbao, en la Plaza Arriquibar, 4, y CIF A-95369849, utilizando los servicios intermediarios de Tiqueteo Spain SL, con CIF B66045345, y domicilio en C/Venezuela, 103 3º 1ª, 08019 Barcelona y de Deusto Seidor, S.A., con CIF A95191300 y domicilio en Paduleta, 55, 1º Oficina 203, 01015, Vitoria-Gasteiz (Álava).
3. Una vez realizada la compra online, la persona usuaria recibirá un correo electrónico en la dirección facilitada y podrá:

- imprimir sus entradas en papel, comprobando que los códigos que identifican e individualizan cada entrada son legibles.
- descargar en su terminal móvil el archivo en formato .pdf.
- descargar las entradas recibidas en su email en formato passbook

Las entradas en cualquiera de estos tres soportes tendrán el mismo valor que las adquiridas en AZinfo en Azkuna Zentroa-Alhóndiga Bilbao y mediante su exhibición facilitarán el acceso a las actividades.
Las entradas serán válidas para un único uso.
4. La forma de pago será mediante tarjeta bancaria de crédito o débito mediante las tarjetas indicadas en el propio formulario para rellenar los datos de pago, concretamente con las tarjetas Visa y MasterCard.
En el momento de la confirmación de su pedido, el comprador facilitará el número de su tarjeta de pago bancaria, seguido del tipo de tarjeta de que se trate (entre las aceptadas), su fecha de expiración y el criptograma de tres cifras que figura en el dorso de la misma.
El cargo se llevará a cabo en tiempo real a través de la pasarela de pago. En caso de que el cargo no pueda llevarse a cabo finalmente (por cualquier causa), el pedido quedará anulado automáticamente. Las tarjetas estarán sujetas a comprobaciones y autorizaciones por parte de la entidad emisora de las mismas, pero si dicha entidad no autorizase el pago, Azkuna Zentroa Alhóndiga Bilbao no se hará responsable por ningún retraso o falta de entrega y no pueda formalizar ningún contrato con el usuario.
El fraude con tarjeta de crédito o débito es un delito, y Azkuna Zentroa Alhóndiga Bilbao entablará las acciones judiciales pertinentes contra todo aquel que realice una transacción fraudulenta en nuestra tienda online.
5. Las entradas para asistir a una actividad, una vez realizada la compra, no serán cambiadas ni reembolsadas, ni el comprador podrá cancelar la compra. La cancelación de la actividad será la única causa admisible para la devolución del importe de las localidades, realizándose el rembolso mediante el mismo medio utilizado por el pago.
6. Azkuna Zentroa-Alhóndiga Bilbao, si las circunstancias lo exigieran, podrá suspender las actividades, alterar las fechas, los horarios, los programas y los intérpretes anunciados.
7. En consideración al público y a los artistas, se ruega la máxima puntualidad. No se permitirá el acceso a la sala una vez comenzada la actividad por respeto al público y a las y los artistas, salvo en las pausas establecidas o indicaciones especiales si las normas no indicaran lo contrario.
8. Los teléfonos móviles y dispositivos similares deberán ser apagados o silenciados en la sala, no estando permitido el uso de pantallas iluminadas. La utilización de estos dispositivos durante las representaciones podrá dar lugar en caso necesario a la expulsión de la sala.
9. No está permitido fumar, ni acceder al centro con comidas, bebidas, u objetos considerados peligrosos.
10. En caso de que el ticket de entrada incluya un descuento se podrá solicitar la presentación del correspondiente documento acreditativo para su comprobación.
11. No se permite fotografiar, filmar, ni grabar durante la actividad.
12. Por causas justificadas de organización, técnicas y de programación, Azkuna Zentroa-Alhóndiga Bilbao se reserva el derecho de disponer de las localidades ya vendidas y cambiarlas por otras.
13. La reventa de localidades está prohibida. El centro declina toda responsabilidad respecto de las entradas adquiridas en puntos de venta o webs no oficiales, que no darán derecho a acceder a las actividades.
14. No está permitido el acceso de animales a las instalaciones de Azkuna Zentroa-Alhóndiga Bilbao, salvo perro guía.
15. Azkuna Zentroa-Alhóndiga Bilbao se reserva el derecho de admisión.
